Saint Petka Macedonian Orthodox Church, Rockdale, Sydney in collaboration with MKUD Ilinden Sydney are organising a fashion parade to showcase traditional Macedonian folkloric costumes.
The proceeds of this event will be used for painting the fresco of the ‘Birth of Sv. Bogorodica’ on behalf of all of the ladies in the Macedonian community.
The event is ladies only and will be held on Sunday, 27 June 2021 from 11am at Sv. Petka Church hall in Rockdale.
Tickets are $30.00 per person.
If you have a traditional Macedonian costume that you would like to present on the day, please let us know – we would love to have you show your ancestral history.
